Comfy and brilliant location for our visit to a shopping mall not too far from the hotel. Also - short walk to the aquarium as well as night life.

The breakfast spread was great, and I enjoyed the variety of options offered. The location of the hotel was perfect, located close to many restaurants and shops. Additionally, the wine/cheese hour was a nice touch and a great way to unwind after a long day of business meetings.
The rooms were difficult to navigate with multiple levels of stairs and no elevator access. This made it difficult to carry luggage and caused inconvenience for those with mobility issues. Furthermore, there was no room service to help with the bags, which was a letdown.

The breakfast was tasty and we enjoyed the complimentary wine and cheese in the evening. The location was perfect for our romantic getaway, just a short walk away from popular attractions. The staff was friendly and accommodating.
The staircase layout was confusing and inconvenient, especially when carrying luggage. It was a bit noisy at night due to traffic and other guests. while we enjoyed the location and the amenities, the drawbacks made it less than perfect for our romantic escape.

This hotel offers a prime location right next to the bike trail, making it easy to explore the area. The view from the hotel is breathtaking and worth the stay alone. Plus, the leisure facilities provide plenty to do when you're not out and about. The free breakfast was a delightful addition, especially with a range of delicious toppings.
The hotel was not pet-friendly.

I had the double room which was spotless and attractive with comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable and best possible, within walking distance of a known aquarium. And the area was local, right by Monterey as well as aquarium.

Stunning, best possible location in Cannery Row district close to the aquarium and resturants and cannery row. Also, within a residential area. Helpful personnel, nicely furnished rooms with comfortable pillows and soft towels, as for instance.

The location was marvellous for me as it was near to the aquarium, restaurants and shopping as well as the seals and sea otters. I randomly popped in Tidal Coffee serving some pastries, located relatively close to the hotel, it was nice.

Just perfect experience there. Everything was perfect here - accommodating staff and terrific rooms. Comfy beds, central heating, a private safe and multi-channel television in the room. Magnificent and peaceful location for visiting restaurants and bars. Liked downtown area.

As I didn't know much about Monterey, and because we had stayed in San Francisco before we visited, I was abit sceptical about what we might find in Monterey. But, I must say that straight from arriving, the staff were brilliant, and I was surprised to see how nice the room was when I opened the door. It was super modern and had a great vibe about it. Also, parking was free and the hotel was located only one street from Cannery Row.
There wasn't a great deal to dislike, especially as I was only there for one night, there was nothing that I encountered that I didn't like.
